For each solidarity project, a recipe for gourmet velouté!
As Christmas approaches, like every year, the SENTIERS D’ÉTOILES association is launching a bridge between solidarity projects and the willingly generous world of cuisine. 8 solidarity projects and 4 prestigious recipes will be presented during the weeks leading up to Christmas and all of the profits from each sale will be donated to the supported projects.
A double objective for this project:
- Allowing isolated people or people in difficulty to participate alongside volunteers from all social, cultural and professional backgrounds, in the preparation of these gastronomic treats and thus rediscover a feeling of usefulness as well as the warmth and support of a group .
- Providing transparent funding for specific projects identified and supported or implemented by associations in Alsace, by highlighting these actions.
