Berrwiller,<br>Responsable Grand Est des Ma\u00eetres cuisiniers de France<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2763 pour financer l\u2019am\u00e9nagement de deux \u00e9coles \u2763<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>dont une au Mexique Solidarit\u00e9,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">association humanitaire, \u0153uvre au Chiapas \u2013 Mexique \u2013 pour<strong> soutenir les communaut\u00e9s indig\u00e8nes d\u2019origine Maya qui vivent dans des conditions d\u2019extr\u00eame pauvret\u00e9<\/strong> et ce en partenariat avec Sergio Castro qui est tous les jours pr\u00e9sent sur le terrain depuis plus de 50 ans.<br>3 axes prioritaires pour les soutenir :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>SANT\u00c9<\/strong> : Sergio permet \u00e0 ces communaut\u00e9s d\u2019avoir acc\u00e8s aux soins en allant dans les villages ou en les accueillant dans le petit dispensaire attenant \u00e0 son mus\u00e9e de Costumes r\u00e9gionaux<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image des demandes et participent dans la mesure du possible \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des chantiers.<\/strong><br><br>Le projet pour 2024 est la <strong>construction d&#8217;une nouvelle salle de classe \u00e0 Buena Vista<\/strong> \u00e0 une quinzaine de kilom\u00e8tres de San Cristobal de las Casas pour permettre d&#8217;accueillir une trentaine d&#8217;enfants. Si possible, nous aimerions aussi r\u00e9nover les toilettes de l&#8217;ancienne \u00e9cole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
